Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Li worked in King & Wood Mallesons formore than 7 years.Mr. Li mainly specializes in domestic and offshore listings, restructurings andreorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. He hasextensive experience in IPOs, private placements, material asset restructurings, mergersand acquisitions in the A share market. Mr. Li also provides professional services forgoing-private transactions and the restructuring of red chip companies, domestic oroutbound investments, and mergers and acquisitions for domestic and offshore-listedcompanies, large-scale state-owned enterprises and buyout funds.Mr. Li has represented many Chinese and international companies in differentindustries such as finance, online games, information technology, energy andmanufacturing.
