Mr. Liu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2010. Mr. Liu specializes in venture capitaland private equity financing, public financing, mergers and acquisitions and foreigninvestment. He has represented a large number of venture capital funds, private equityfunds, strategic investors and entrepreneurs in various industry sectors covering Internet,education, telecommunications, retail and pharmaceuticals, and has assisted in formingdeal structures, conducting due diligence investigations, drafting legal documents andparticipating in negotiations. In the public financing area, Mr. Liu has represented alarge number of issuers and underwriters of Chinese companies in initial publicofferings, debt offerings and alternative public financings on overseas stock exchanges.
