Mr. Lu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2010 and focuses on venture capital and privateequity financing, overseas listings and public offerings, foreign direct investment inhigh-tech fields, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lu has represented a number ofcompanies to complete IPOs in the United States and Hong Kong markets, hasparticipated in a great number of complex equity and asset acquisition and merger deals,and has helped many companies to complete domestic and overseas investments andfinancing transactions. Mr. Lu assists clients in designing transaction structures,drafting transaction documents, participating in negotiations and handling Chinese lawrelated issues arising in the transactions. Mr. Lu mainly represents clients fromindustries including financial services, education, retail, transportation, TMT, medicaland entertainment.

Mr. Lu graduated from Jilin University with an LL.B. degree and an LL.M. degree inCivil and Commercial Law. Mr. Lu also received an LL.M. from Cornell UniversityLaw School in 2010.
