Internet News Information Service Industry Reshuffle?

On May 2, 2017, the Cyberspace Administration of China promulgated the Administrative Provisions
for Internet News Information Services (“Provisions"), which will come into effect on June 1, 2017
and replace the existing Regulations for the Administration of Internet News Information Services
(“Regulations”) which was promulgated in 2005.
