Benedict Eoon specializes in complex, high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration with a focus on construction disputes. He also has an active white-collar crime and investigations practice.

He has acted in high-profile and landmark matters, and represented multi-national corporations, government-linked institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Benedict began his career at Drew & Napier in 2011 before leaving in 2020 as an Associate Director.

White-Collar Crime / Investigations - Represented broker in a securities case involving unauthorised trades with notional value of up to S$500 million. - Represented an employee in a complex corruption trial involving Hyflux and the construction of the TuaSpring Power Plant.
