Lokesh is a Partner in the Firm’s Delhi office and leads the corporate tax and private client practice at the Firm. He is a seasoned tax advisor with over 20 years of experience in advising on M&A tax, international tax, corporate tax, and transfer pricing. He has a proven track record in advising multinational corporations, PE funds, and a diverse range of clients on complex tax matters, including:

• M&A Tax: Structuring tax-efficient mergers, acquisitions, internal reorganisations, inbound-outbound investment, and divestitures.

• International Tax: Navigating cross-border transactions, treaty implications, and permanent establishment risks.

• Corporate Tax: Providing comprehensive advice on domestic tax issues, including tax optimization strategies.

• Transfer Pricing: Developing robust transfer pricing policies and documentation to mitigate risks.

• Private Client Services: Offering tailored tax planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.

• Tax Litigation: Assistance in representing clients in tax disputes and appeals.
