Rishi is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in New Delhi. He has significant experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, general corporate, restructuring and reorganizations, with a focus on complex, high-end corporate transactions.

Having worked at leading law firms in Singapore, China and India, he brings a unique mix of international and entrepreneurial experience into his practice. As a Partner in the Firm’s corporate practice, he is noted for his skill in navigating the intricacies of complex issues with his commercial approach as well as his proven ability to efficiently manage deals from start to finish. Rishi’s deal experience across a number of sectors, including retail, e-commerce, technology, hospitality, health care, dairy, F&B, infra-projects and energy, enable him to offer authoritative and experienced advice to large corporates, private equity funds and Fortune 500 multi-national corporations on their entry as well as operations in India.

For his contribution to the legal industry, Rishi was awarded ‘Rising Stars Award 2016’ by Legal Era (India’s leading magazine on business and legal world).

In addition, Rishi is an assistant professor of law at Symbiosis Law School in Noida where he teaches a course on mergers and acquisition.
