Associate

Mohammad Rizky Austin Justicio (Austin) is an Associate at Budidjaja International Lawyers (BIL), specializing in the Commercial Dispute Resolution, Restructuring, and Insolvency Practice Area. He graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University, majoring in Business Law.

During his studies, he built a solid foundation in business law and actively participated in student organizations such as Lembaga Penelitian dan Kajian Hukum Trisakti, where he conducted podcasts and webinars on legal topics. He also gained practical experience as a Legal Intern at Perum Peruri,

Prior to joining BIL, Austin has several experiences in Competition and Capital Market.

In Competition, he represents clients in post-merger notification to the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU) besides that, he also advises clients regarding interlocking directorates, and Consumer Protection for E-Commerce.

In Capital Market, he represents Investment Manager regarding establishing and dissolving Mutual Funds. His responsibilities include conducting legal audits, legal opinions, prospectus and collective investment agreements for submission to Financial Services Authority (OJK). Furthermore, he also advises Investment Manager regarding DINFRA, and Discretionary Fund.

Austin speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
