With over 12 years of experience, Aditi’s work profile involves insolvency matters, civil and commercial disputes as well as criminal matters.

Aditi is a partner based out of the New Delhi office of the firm. Prior to joining K Law, she had been associated with Chambers of Mr. Hrishikesh Baruah (AoR) and Mr. Arjun Bobde, and Network18 Group.

She has extensively appeared in courts and tribunals across Delhi & Mumbai given that she worked in Mumbai for 3 years. She advises on matters PAN India and has also appeared in courts & tribunals at Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh & Nagpur, to name a few.

Aditi is proficient in matters pertaining to a wide range of sectors including public and private sector banking, asset reconstruction, NBFC, media & entertainment, infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, commodities exchange, hospitality and tourism, information technology, and healthcare.
