Vineetha is the co-founder of Samvad Partners, a full-service law firm with a pan-India presence. Before the formation of Samvad, Vineetha was a Partner for over a decade at AZB & Partners, where she handled their private equity, infrastructure, banking & finance, and funds' practice. Vineetha began her career at ICICI Bank Limited, Mumbai, in 1998 before joining AZB & Partners in 2001.

Vineetha has extensive experience in advising clients on private equity investments, cross-border and domestic M&A, and banking and financing transactions, including project finance, corporate finance, microfinance, securitization, structured products, and pre-litigation strategies. Vineetha also regularly advises clients on issues arising out of corporate governance, domestic anti-corruption laws & foreign anti-corruption laws such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, 1977 and the UK Bribery Act, 2010, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity & financing transactions.

Vineetha has done B.A.LLB (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and has completed the Infrastructure in a Market Economy Program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
