Ms. Sun has focused her practice around securities investment funds and other asset management businesses. Familiar with all legal aspects related to securities investment funds, Ms. Sun has handled legal matters related to the establishment of dozens of mutual fund management companies and their subsidiaries. She has also provided general legal advice to numerous mutual fund managers in the areas of fund investment, operation, product design and corporate governance, etc., and is involved in the formation of hundreds of mutual funds. Ms. Sun has also represented various clients in their applications for fund distribution license and subsequently provided general legal services to several well-known fund sales institutions.
Ms. Sun is also well versed with international clients and legal services and has provided long-term legal advice to several internationally renowned financial institutions and acted as representing attorney for several of them in their applications for private fund manager registration.
