Mr. Li is an experienced senior lawyer with good expertise in asset management.  He has long been engaged in offering legal advice in the areas of securities investment funds, private equity, trust, pension funds and wealth management products issued by commercial banks, and possesses profound professional legal knowledge in asset management as well as extensive practice experience.  Presently, Mr. Li is providing general legal services to nearly 20 fund management companies in the areas of fund investment, operation, product design and corporate governance, etc., and conducting over 10 well-devised training sessions for different fund management companies each year. Being familiar with fund legal issues of various kinds, he has been appointed as the issuance lawyer for nearly 100 funds. He has also been extensively engaged in providing legal support for QDII products, innovation products and other innovative businesses, and has contributed legal solutions to many clients with respect to various new businesses.

Mr. Li has provided legal services in the establishment, merger and acquisition of over 10 fund management companies.

In the areas of "sunshine private placement" and trust, Mr. Li has been engaged as a legal counsel for several sunshine private placement companies, offering legal advice in terms of private equity product design, internal incentives, code of conduct for fund practitioners and dispute settlement.

Mr. Li also provides his legal services to several independent fund sales institutions and foreign-invested commercial banks in relation to fund sales license application as well as the issuance of wealth management products.

Mr. Raymond Li graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law.
