In the areas of Capital Markets / Corporate Finance, Mr. Chen has provided legal services to a number of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-invested companies and offshore companies in relation to initial public offering (including A-share market, Taiwan, and NASDAQ), bond issuance, public or private placement, right offering, back-door listing, and assets restructuring.

Mr. Chen also specializes in M&A, corporate restructuring, private funds and venture capital. He is dedicated to providing professional legal services to a number of international and domestic companies and investment institutions on mergers, acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring.

In the area of corporate and commercial law, Mr. Chen has represented several multinational and domestic enterprises (including listing companies, state-owned enterprises, private companies and private fund) in dealing with legal issues on a daily basis.

Mr. Patrick Chen received his Bachelor of Arts from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and LL.M. from University of International Business and Economics in 2004.
