Ms. Huang is well experienced in rendering legal services in the fields of securities issuance, M&A, assets restructuring and pre-IPO equity financing.  She has led and completed around 20 IPO projects, and provided legal advice to various companies in relation to joint-stock restructuring, M&A and Pre-IPO equity financing.  Ms. Huang is proficient in designing various transaction structures, she has provided legal service to various listed companies for their major assets restructuring, M&A, major investment, refinancing, bonds issuance and ESOP projects, etc.

Ms. Calista Huang received her LL.B. and LL.M. from the Law School of Anhui University. During 2004 and 2005, as selected by the Britain-China Law Council, Calista joined the Lord Chancellor's Training Scheme, which was sponsored by the Lord Chancellor Department of the British Government, and studied English law at London University, Oriental and African Studies School.
