Career

Patrick Zheng obtained his LL.B. degree at Fudan University, School of Law and LL.M. degrees at the University of International Business and Economics, School of Law and UC Berkeley Law School. He is qualified to practice law in China and New York. Mr. Zheng is a panel arbitrator of various arbitration institutions such as CIETAC, SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB, KLRCA and etc.

Mr. Zheng has more than 20 year experience in cross-border dispute resolution, including international arbitration and litigation. Before joining Llinks Law Offices, he has worked in a couple of leading international law firms in the United States and China. His previous career includes Senior Consultant of Herbert Smith LLP, Partner of Clifford Chance, and the Managing Partner of Clyde & Co LLP’s Beijing office. Prior to turning to private practice, he had worked at CIETAC for 8 years.
