Ms. Zhang’s practice focuses on Securities Issuance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructure. She has accumulated valuable experience in these areas.

In the areas of  Securities Issuance , Ms. Zhang has provided legal services to a number of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offering (including A-share market and H-share market ), bond issuance, public or private placement, right offering, back-door listing, and assets restructuring.

In the areas of M&A, corporate restructuring, private funds and venture capital, Ms. Zhang has provided professional legal services to a number of international and domestic companies and investment institutions on mergers, acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring.

She is currently a member of Entertainment Law Committee (Shanghai Bar Association).

Ms. Zhengyi Zhang graduated with an LL.B. from Nanjing University, an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh.
