Mr. Chen specializes in Securities Issuance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring, Medical and Health. He has accumulated  extensive experience in these areas.

In the areas of Securities Issuance, Mr. Chen has advised a number of state-owned companies, private companies and foreign-invested companies on initial public offering (including A-share listing and H-share listing, bond issuance, public or private placement, right offering, back-door listing, and assets restructuring.

In the areas of M&A, corporate restructuring, private funds and venture capital, Mr. Chen has advised a number of international and domestic companies and investment institutions on mergers, acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring.

In the areas of Medical and Health, Mr. Chen has extensive experience to advise vary kinds of biotech companies, medical service institutions and  medical equipment manufacturers on their investment and finance， share incentive plan, domestic and overseas listing.

Mr. Baker Chen received his Bachelor of Arts from Anhui University and LL.M. in International Law from Fudan University.
