Ms. Li is experienced in Securities Issuance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring.

In the areas of  Securities Issuance, Ms. Li has provided legal services to a number of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-invested companies and offshore companies in relation to initial public offering (including A-share market and H-share market ), bond issuance, public or private placement, right offering, back-door listing, and assets restructuring.

In the areas of M&A, corporate restructuring, private funds and venture capital, Ms. Li  is dedicated to providing professional legal services to a number of international and domestic companies and investment institutions on mergers, acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring.

In the area of corporate and commercial law, Ms. Li has represented several multinational and domestic enterprises (including listing companies, state-owned enterprises, private companies and private fund) in dealing with legal issues on a daily basis.

She is currently a member of the Internet Committee (Shanghai Bar Association).

Ms. Harriet Li graduated with an LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Li joined Llinks Law Offices in 2007.
