Mark Zhang is an excellent litigator and arbitration lawyer. He has been practicing law since 2004 and specializes in providing professional legal service on litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution. Mark Zhang has represented many financial institutions, multinational corporations, foreign invested enterprises, state-owned enterprises and institutions, and private companies in litigation and arbitration achieving satisfactory judgments, awards, intermediation, and settlements. He obtains extensive practical experience in commercial dispute resolution.

In the intellectual property field, Mark Zhang provides legal services to clients by evaluating:legal risks regarding intellectual property infringement and being infringed, intellectual property protection scheme designing, making claims and counter-claims through negotiation or litigation.

Mr. Zhang has sophisticated thinking and excellent language skills.  He was the Champion of the Shanghai Citizen Debate Competition in 2014, and was awarded the “Best Ten Debater” of Shanghai Lawyer Debate Competition in 2011.

Mark Zhang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2002 with an LLB degree and obtained an LLM degree from Shanghai University in 2012.
