In the areas of  Securities Issuance, Ms. Zhang has provided legal services to a number of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-invested companies and offshore companies in relation to initial public offering (including A-share market and H-share market ), bond issuance, public or private placement, right offering, back-door listing, and assets restructuring.

In the areas of M&A, corporate restructuring, private funds and venture capital, Ms. Zhang is dedicated to providing professional legal services to a number of international and domestic companies and investment institutions on mergers, acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring.

Within the areas of both corporate and commercial law, Ms. Zhang has represented several multinational and domestic enterprises (including listing companies, joint venture enterprises, private companies and private fund) in dealing with legal issues on a daily basis.

Ms. Zhang was named as one of the “Next Generation Lawyers for Asia-Pacific” by the Legal 500 (2017 and 2018).

She is currently a member of the M&A Law Committee (Shanghai Bar Association).

Ms. April Zhang graduated from Xiamen University with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in law.
