Ms. Huang has more than ten years of experience in representing both Chinese and international clients in a wide array of business transactions.  In particular, she has strong expertise in the areas of cross-border M&A and restructuring, PE/VC investment, inbound and outbound investment, joint venture, and strategic alliance.

Ms. Huang has regularly advised a variety of clients including prestigious multinationals, investment funds, start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, growing and well-established businesses.  Her experience spans a broad range of sectors including TMT, retail and consumer, medical and healthcare, food, education, high-tech, industrials and high-end manufacturing, Fintech, energy, etc.
