Mr. An’s practice focuses on mutual funds, privately-raised funds and a variety of asset management businesses.  Mr. An has significant experience in the establishment and the merger and acquisition of financial institutions.  Mr. An has provided various types of legal services for the establishment of more than 30 mutual fund management companies and securities companies, as well as the merger and acquisition of several fund management companies and future companies.  Mr. An has provided long-term legal advice as legal counsel to a considerable number of mutual fund managers and their subsidiaries, as well as to more than 500 mutual funds as a representative lawyer.  In addition, Mr. An has also provided legal services for the registration of privately-raised fund managers and the issuance of privately-raised securities investment funds.  Furthermore, he has represented a number of asset management institutions as a representative lawyer in their applications for mutual fund licenses. Mr. An has been seconded to China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Asset Management Association of China.
