Mr. Qian has represented various Chinese and foreign investors and investment fund in transactions related to private equity investments, private equity funds formation and fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, FDI, real estate financing etc. Mr. Qian has represented clients of start-ups, high growth enterprises, financial institutions and multinational enterprises, the industries include investment, finance, hi-tech, media, internet, e-commerce, real estate, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing and FMCG etc.

In the field of private equity fund and venture capital, Mr. Qian has represented various foreign and domestic PE funds to invest, acquire and sell various portfolio companies at onshore and offshore level, as well as represented companies in corporate financing transactions. Mr. Qian has provided legal services for foreign and domestic private equity investment funds to establish RMB denominated funds in China. In the field of M&A and restructuring, Mr. Qian has represented various foreign and domestic prestigious companies in transactions involving foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition, trade sale etc. In the field of life science and healthcare, Mr. Qian has represented famous foreign and domestic companies in commercial collaboration, distribution, competition, compliance, restructuring, financing and daily operation issues.

Mr. Dali Qian received his LL.B. degree from the University of International Relations in 1999.  In 2005, he received his Master’s degree from Eastern China University of Politics and Law.  He received his LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2010.
