In the area of Private Equity investment and Venture Capital, Mr. An has represented a number of foreign and domestic PE funds in their investment, acquisition and selling of portfolio companies from various sectors in China. Meanwhile, he has also provided legal services for multiple foreign and domestic equity investment managers in establishing RMB/USD PE funds in China and overseas.

In the area of M&A, Mr. An has represented a number of foreign and domestic prestigious companies, with practices involving foreign investment, corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition and spin off etc.

In the area of real estate, Mr. An has represented multiple foreign and national real estate funds and developers in dealings like real estate acquisitions and transfers, classy hotel acquisition and management, etc. He has also represented a number of real estate development companies, providing them with legal services and helping them to address legal issues in relation to real estate development, construction, finance, etc.

In the area of general corporate, Mr. An has represented multiple prestigious multinational and domestic enterprises and listing companies in dealing with legal issues on a daily basis.

Mr. An is currently serving as a member in Financial Instruments Committee (Shanghai Bar Association).

Mr. Lawrence An graduated with a LL.B. from Fudan University and graduated with a LL.M. in International Law from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.
