Mr. Xun Yang advises on information security, privacy, intellectual property, unfair-competition matters with a focus on TMT, life science, financial service, high-tech manufacturing sectors, and assists clients in technology transactions, IP licenses, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, distribution, and manufacturing arrangements, as well as other technology or IP oriented investment, cooperation, and M&A.

Mr. Xun Yang is routinely invited to contribute for reputable legal publications such as China Law & Practice, Data Guidance, Computer and Technology Law Review, and E-Commerce Law Practitioner, and also, for a number of times, charged of the China TMT Law chapter for Getting the Deal Through. Mr. Xun Yang graduated from Fudan University with both a bachelor in law and a master in law degree. He also received an LL.M. degree from Columbia University.
