Marie Allen trained at a leading East Anglian practice and qualified in 2003. She joined Gotelee in 2005. 

Marie specialises in all aspects of employment law both business and individual and can advise on matters such as: discimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements, stress and harassment at work, disciplinary and grievance issues, contracts policies and procedures and bespoke training. She also has a particular interest in business immigration.
