Director, Solicitor

Nick is the director of Nick Mayles Limited, a partner in the firm. Nick specialises in corporate, corporate finance, commercial law and general business affairs. His expertise covers company and business mergers, acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures, corporate finance and security transactions, agency and distribution agreements, partnership agreements, and corporate reorganisations.  He has considerable experience in acting for individuals and corporate entities from a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, leisure and hospitality, technology, agri-foods, finance, retail, dental, and professional practices.

Nick, who qualified in 1996, has over 20 years’ experience advising UK and overseas companies and individuals on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. Nick joined TSP in 2009 having previously worked at leading law firms in the City and the South-East, and has since 2010 been a director of Nick Mayles Ltd, a corporate partner in TSP.
