She is currently attached to Global Financial Services and Islamic Banking Practice Group and she has been exposed to various banking matters and real estate property among others:

Advising various local banks and financial institutions in relation to the loan/financing documentation for corporate banking granted to various companies; Attending to the loan/financing documentation for retail banking granted to the private company as well as to individual borrower/customer particularly in the finance/refinance the purchase of property (with/without title) as well as (subsale/ direct developer); Attending to the drafting of the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the purchase of property (with/without title) as well as (subsale/ direct developer); and Attending to the drafting of Lease Agreement/ Tenancy Agreement.
