Sneha is a lawyer and a registered patent agent with the Indian Patent Office, with a technical degree in biotechnology. With more than 13 years of experience, Sneha has been advising, managing, and maintaining the IP portfolios of clients in diverse fields, including genetically modified organisms, pharmaceuticals, polymers, lifestyle products, sports equipment, and technology products. Sneha’s expertise extends to the entire gamut of patent and design laws, which includes drafting, prosecution, enforcement, management, and contentious matters. She also advises clients regarding compliance with the Biological Diversity Act.
