Mr. James Chen received his Bachelor degree of Science in Macromolecule & Composite Material in 2000 and his Master degree of Science in Material Processing Engineering in 2003 at Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. His IP background includes completing training on U.S. patent prosecution and International Trade Commission practice at CONNOLLY BOVE LODGE & HUTZ LLP in Washington D.C. and Wilmington in the U.S.A.

Currently at Kangxin, Mr. Chen specializes in patent drafting/ prosecution/ re-examination/ invalid/ ad ministrative litigation, with a focus on macromolecule & polymer composite, material processing, mechanics, semiconductor devices and fabrication, electronics, liquid crystal driver circuits, electronic components, electrical instruments and digital process. He also provides clients with technical advice on patent validity/ search and analysis.
