Career

Ms. Zhang received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Nankai University in 1988 and her Master of Engineering Degree in Industrial Catalysis from Tianjin University in 1994.

Ms. Zhang worked as a senior engineer in organic synthesis and catalyst research at SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry for over ten years, where she filed numerous patent applications as a research specialist. She received qualification of senior engineer in 1999 and patent attorney license in 2002. She has published numerous articles on chemical matters for professional trade publications and has been succeeded in a number of technology researches and patent applications as an inventor. Since joining Kangxin in 2004, Ms. Zhang has completed training in patent prosecution and International Trade Commission Practice at CONNOLLY BOVE LODGE & HUTZ LLP (CBLH) and HAMRE, SCHUMANN, MUELLER & LARSON, P.C. (HSML) in the U.S.A.

Currently at Kangxin, Ms. Zhang specializes in patent prosecution, invalidation proceedings and litigation procedure, with a focus on the fields of chemistry and biotechnology.
