Fraser is recognised by the Law Society of Scotland as an Accredited Specialist in Construction Law (first Accredited in 2010). He is a specialist in risk and construction disputes with vast experience in working on high profile building and infrastructure projects across the UK for a mix of contractors, developers and construction professionals.
Highly regarded in his field, Fraser leads BTO’s contentious and non-contentious construction team.
