Alastair is a partner in our Corporate team advising his diverse client base on a range of corporate legal issues, including acquisitions and disposals, and his niche practice area of corporate forensics and disputes.

He also has extensive experience in corporate governance, business succession planning and debt and equity financing.

Alastair has acted for clients in both the public and private sectors and acts for national and international businesses. He has expertise in relation to complex commercial contracts which covers both advisory and dispute work.
