Graeme is a Commercial Real Estate expert with over 30 years of experience advising clients in the Scottish commercial property market.

He has expertise in property development and investment work across various sectors, including hotel and leisure, industrial, housing and office markets.

Graeme’s experience includes advising on significant investment deals, including in recent years the acquisition of a major multi-let Glasgow office building, and various industrial investments across Scotland, for separate investment funds.

He also has considerable experience in acting for hotel operators and investors, in the acquisition and sale of hotels, and other hospitality and leisure properties, including in the recent disposal of a prominent holiday park business trading from four holiday parks, and the acquisition of hotels in key golfing locations around Scotland for clients acquiring a portfolio of golf hotels.
