Associate

Jennifer is an Associate in BTO’s Clinical Defence team.

She provides advice and representation to professionals in matters arising from fitness to practise investigations, fitness to practise hearings and interim order hearings before professional regulators including the General Dental Council (GDC) and the General Medical Council (GMC).

Jennifer also represents medical and dental professionals in NHS Tribunals, Fatal Accident Inquiries and in the defence of clinical negligence claims in the Sheriff Court, All-Scotland Personal Injury Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.
