Mark is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate in our Property and Professional Liability team.

Mark specialises in commercial disputes, insurance law, product liability, property claims, construction and engineering contracts and professional negligence.

He has over 30 years of experience working for clients in resolving disputes in these areas and is ranked in Chambers UK for his skill in advising on product liability and insurance.

Mark acquired rights of audience in 2002 allowing him to appear as counsel in Court of Session cases. He has been involved in many commercial procedure Court of Session cases during his career. He also has expertise in defending complex group proceedings and in bringing applications for judicial review.

A solution driven lawyer, Mark is skilled in mediation and negotiating settlements in complex cases and in bringing about the satisfactory resolution of disputes.
