Jennifer is a Partner in our Real Estate team with 30 years of experience.

She specialises in all aspects of strategic land and acts for developers, land managers and landowners in the preparation and negotiation of planning promotion agreements, option agreements and conditional agreements for the acquisition and disposal of development land.

Many of the projects which Jennifer co-ordinates involve multiple developers and she has experience in infrastructure agreements, collaboration agreements planning agreements and overage agreements.

Jennifer is particularly experienced in interrogating title deeds and conditions and securing the necessary access and utility servitude rights required to deliver marketable developments.
