Her practice includes mergers, acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations and corporate finance. Karen acts as general counsel to a portfolio of companies and also represents the interests of entrepreneurs and investors based in the UK and overseas. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, she worked in the media and many of her clients operate in that sector.
