Advising sector organisations on a broad range of matters, James can help with the formation of new organisations, getting the right legal structure, governance and constitutional considerations, incorporations, mergers, collaborations and other corporate transactions, charity law compliance and regulatory factors, fundraising and trading challenges, finance and social investment, and commercial agreements.

His advice is very clear and concise, and he doesn’t make you feel silly for asking the silly questions. I never hesitate to reach out to James.”

James has also been recognised as a Leading Individual in the 2024 Legal 500 directory, heading the Tier 2 ranked Charities team, with clients saying that, “Working with James Evans, partner and solicitor, has always been a positive experience.  He can explain matters in a non-technical way and is very thorough and responsive.”
