Alex McKerron joined Tozers in 2021 where she is a Associate & Chartered Legal Executive in our award-winning Parks team and has over 7 years’ experience working within specialist Planning teams, advising developers, registered providers, and landowners on a broad range of matters.

Alex supports clients navigating legal processes, from preparing planning applications and certificates of lawfulness applications, to advising on planning enforcement.

Alex has a particular specialism in the residential development sector working with developers to obtain planning permissions and related infrastructure agreements, as well as assisting developers, housebuilders, and registered providers with their new or prospective developments. This can include planning reviews of prospective sites and advising on applications for the diversion of highways/footpaths required in connection with development.

Alex enjoys the fact that planning law contains such a breadth of topics that no two days are the same.

In her spare time, she enjoys keeping active through activities such as paddleboarding and running; she also enjoys baking.
