Stephen is the principle contact for property matters for Registered Providers, heading up our nationally recognised Affordable Housing team, with over 25 years' experience in the property development sector acting for housing associations and registered providers.

His particular specialisms are in property-related matters including:

complex registered provider property work property development and regeneration joint ventures site assembly cross subsidy schemes site acquisition and disposals golden brick schemes development and infrastructure agreements advising on mergers and amalgamations re-financing stock swaps

Away from work, Stephen enjoys making the most of living in the West Country, in particular walking on Exmoor and the Quantocks and trying to keep fit.
