Stella’s experience in civil litigation work includes contractual claims, corporate matters involving shareholders' disputes and directors' duties, as well as industrial relation matters such as the dismissal of employees, misconduct, poor performance and constructive dismissal.

She has experience also in injunction applications and/or striking out applications as well as enforcements proceedings (civil contempt) relating to land and/or native customary rights.

Additionally, Stella has also done work in relation to administrative law and judicial review.
