Sandy Tang maintains a highly diverse practice which includes:

Corporate matters, such as initial public offering; issuance of right issue, bonus issues, warrants; acquisitions of assets, business and target companies involving related party transactions etc. This includes drafting, reviewing and advising on share sale agreements, constitution of public and private companies, various legal due diligence reports, verification meetings and submission of applications to Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia; Commercial matters which include concession agreements for council and port, operating agreement; sub-contract agreements for road maintenance work and relocation of utilities work from government between main contractors and/or sub-contractors; management and consultancy agreements; supply and distributorship agreements; joint venture agreements and various commercial agreements; Real estate matters such as development projects for shoplots and houses; sale agreements; agreements for build and lease of hypermarkets; subleases and tenancies; legal reports and advice on land laws in Sarawak as well as advising on various land related transactions; and Banking and finance work which include restructuring of corporate loans, contract financing, bridging loans, syndicate loans and Islamic bond financing.
