Sophie’s primary area of practice includes commercial and contractual disputes, construction disputes, as well as banking litigation.

Sophie has assisted clients in construction disputes such as claims for liquidated ascertained damages and arbitration. Sophie also has experience in commercial and contractual disputes including breach of contract, obtaining injunction and order for specific performance from the Court. In respect of banking disputes, Sophie has assisted clients with debt recovery, bankruptcy proceedings, repossession, garnishee proceedings and foreclosure proceedings.
