Louise’s work ranges from advising on terms and conditions, novation agreements and non-disclosure agreements through to IT agreements and complex transport, logistics, leasing and general supply agreements.
Since the coming into force of the EU GDPR Louise has advised a broad range of clients on compliance with data protection law, with particular focus on the data protection aspects of commercial agreements, including advising on the data protection roles and responsibilities of the contracting parties, data processing agreements, data sharing agreements and international transfers. Louise has also advised on website related data protection matters such as privacy notices, cookies policies and website terms of use.
