Position

Jon is a Partner and head of the Commercial Contracts team at Trethowans, based within the Southampton office.

Jon has extensive experience of helping a wide variety of clients in relation to their commercial contracts, from FTSE 100 companies to SMEs. His work ranges from advising on simple terms and conditions through to drafting and negotiating complex, business critical supply and outsourcing agreements.

He has particular experience of contracts relating to supply chain and procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, advertising and marketing, outsourcing of services and the appointment of agents, distributors, franchisees and concessionaires.
