Clare undertakes a wide variety of high-value, complex clinical negligence work, including birth injury, orthopaedic, delayed diagnosis and treatment of injuries and diseases (including cancer), gynaecological, surgical, vascular, cardiac, ophthalmological, radiological, pharmaceutical, amputation and brain injury cases. She acts for both adults and children. Clare has acted for clients who have been injured by negligent hospitals, doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals.
