James has extensive experience of helping a wide variety of clients in relation to their commercial property work, including pension funds, regional SME property developers, HNW individuals, Landlords, and Investors. His work ranges from advising on straight forward property work through to drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex sale and purchase agreements and funding arrangements.
