Nguyen Hung Du is a Partner of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, leading the Tax Practice Group with over 26 years of experience of tax and legal services.

Du’s experience is diversified advising on market entry, tax services, corporate affairs & governance, due diligence, cross-border structuring, tax optimization strategies, M&A services, DTA, WTO, Transfer pricings with client portfolio of various industries (beverage, beer & alcohol, pharmaceutical, tobacco, logistics, real estate, construction, commercial services, manufacturing, education and oil & gas).

Before joining the Firm, Du also gained extensive experience in PetroVietnam Drilling (PVD) as Senior Legal Counsel in charge of corporate affairs and investment, cooperation with foreign entities in Oil & Gas industry.

Du gained solid experience as an expert to work with the Government, Ministries, Tax & Customs authorities and Licensing authorities.
