Du’s experience is diversified advising on market entry, tax services, corporate affairs & governance, due diligence, cross-border structuring, tax optimization strategies, M&A services, DTA, WTO, Transfer pricings with client portfolio of various industries (beverage, beer & alcohol, pharmaceutical, tobacco, logistics, real estate, construction, commercial services, manufacturing, education and oil & gas).

Before joinining the Firm, Du also gained extensive experience in PetroVietnam Drilling (PVD) as Senior Legal Counsel in charge of corporate affairs and investment, cooperation with foreign entities in Oil & Gas industry.
